In the dynamically developing region around Neusiedlersee and directly on the lake, various spatial requirements culminate due to the diverse attractive framework conditions, especially with regard to spatial and settlement development, the handling of building land on the waterfront, recreation, culture and tourism, energy, economy and land management, nature and environmental protection, etc.
mecca supports the province of Burgenland in the preparation of the “Masterplan Neusiedler See” within the framework of a participatory process. For this purpose, the involvement of the relevant stakeholders and political decision-makers as well as the involvement of the interested population and other relevant private organisations and institutions is to be provided for in a separate module.
