Evaluation Rural Development 14-20 – Evaluation Report 2019
The Austrian Rural Development Programme (LE Programme) 2014-20 bundles all measures to support rural areas. As part of the metis consortium, mecca was commissioned for the accompanying evaluation of eight project types in Priority 6 of the Rural Development Programme. After the completed implementation report 2017, the processing of the extended annual evaluation report 2019 now follows. mecca is responsible for the evaluation of the following thematic areas:
- Tourism: support for the development of innovative pilot projects, cooperation of small-scale economic operators, workflows, resource use and tourism services, establishment and operation of rural tourism clusters, investment in small-scale tourism infrastructure.
- Village renewal: plans and development concepts, implementation Local Agenda 21
- Implementation of climate and energy projects at local level
